The casita is 80 m² big and is located lower down on the property in a beautiful garden with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The casita has a very spacious living area with a modern open-plan kitchen with a working island and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. There is private parking with a natural carport. Next to the casita is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven. An ideal place to meet friends and family, throw parties, cook together and spend long (summer) evenings.

Roof terrace

On top of the house is a 30 m² roof terrace with phenomenal views of the beautiful mountainous surroundings. Ideal for having a cup of coffee/tea in the morning and enjoying a drink at sunset in the evening. The roof terrace provides access to a room now set up as an office and library.

Gardens
There are several beautifully landscaped gardens. The garden near the casita has many different fruit trees and some almond and olive trees. At the end of this garden is a fenced off area where, among other things, there are two (vegetable) greenhouses of 30 m². All gardens have irrigation.

Storage space

Next to the lower apartment is a very spacious enclosed storage room (14m²), with a large worktop and storage racks. In front of the storage room is a shaded area, ideal for playing table tennis or darts, for example. The casita has its own separate storage room (7 m2) with storage racks.

Heating / cooling

In the living area of the upper apartment and in the casita, there is a wood-burning stove. In the living areas of the apartments and the casita, an excellent LG air conditioning system provides good heating and cooling. There are also electric heaters in most areas of the apartments.

Surroundings
You will experience peace and quiet in the immediate surroundings. From the country house, you can enjoy the beautiful and sometimes rugged nature on foot or by mountain bike. Macisvenda, where there are three bar/restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away. The villages of Pinoso, Fortuna and the two Hondons, with more extensive facilities, are 15 minutes away by car. The major cities of Alicante, Murcia and Elche can each be reached in about 45 car minutes. As are the nearest beaches.

Potential
With two apartments, the accommodation is ideal for two families (for example together with grandparents). Or to have enough space to accommodate guests (possibly rental).
